Sea World Gold Coast, the region’s number one marine park, is open, which includes the majority of its stunning marine life exhibits, live shows and rides. See polar bears, penguins, seals, dolphins, sharks and more! Limited capacity is in effect to allow for social distancing, so make sure to book your tickets in advance.
SkyPoint Observation Deck
SkyPoint Observation Deck in Surfers Paradise is open with distancing measures, enhanced sanitation and contact tracing. This lookout deck offers the best 360-degree views on the Gold Coast, including South Stradbroke Island, the Pacific Ocean, the coastline to Coolangatta and the hinterland in the west.
King Tutts Putt Putt
Enjoy open-air mini golf at King Tutts Putt Putt in Surfers Paradise. There are 3 18-hole courses to beat, complete with mechanised obstacles, bends and fun course themes that the kids will love. Putt Putt Golf is also open in Mermaid Beach (and COVID Safe).
Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast
Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast is open! This giant water park has slides, rafts, rides and giant pool precincts that guarantee a thrilling day out for all the family. Limited capacity and social distancing measures are in place, with barbecue areas currently off limits for everyone’s safety.
Movie World Rides
Warner Bros Movie World, situated near Wet’n’Wild, is open if you’re looking to treat the kids to a day out they won’t forget. This Gold Coast theme park has small and large rides, live entertainment, themed eateries, gift shops and more. Pre-booking is essential as limited capacity is in place, along with increased cleaning and contactless payments.
