Tariffs may change without notice
Tariffs shown are based on 2 or 4 guests using existing bedding, (double and or double & 2 singles/bunks or 2 doubles). Extra bedding can be supplied as an extra charge
Extra person charge is $25 per child per night; $35 per adult per night.
All linen provided and serviced weekly
Reception hours are 10 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 12 pm Saturday and Sunday.
Check in time is after 2pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan on arriving outside of our office hours, you will need to contact reception so we can inform you of the late arrival instructions.
Please note that a $300 – $600 refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late checkout may be available at an additional cost depending on seasonal availability. Checkout after 12 pm will be a full day charge.
You will be required to pay the full amount at time of booking.

Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque, money order, Mastercard or Visa. Please note credit card details or a cash bond is required on check in.
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed
Cancel booking within 5 days to arrival date we will not refund the booking fee; out of 5 days to arrival date, if there is a cancelled booking, there would be no charge of booking fee.
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged 11% by eTourism Holidays and the remaining balance will be charged by HarbourSide Resort within 48 hours of booking.
Both charges are included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees.
Please note that the eTourism Holidays deposit is separate to the property deposit and is non refundable.
