Tariff Conditions
- Tariffs may change without notice
- Tariffs shown are based on 2 or 4 guests using existing bedding, (double and or double & 2 singles/bunks or 2 doubles). Extra bedding can be supplied as an extra charge
- Extra person charge is $25.00 per person, per night
- All linen provided and serviced weekly
- For your convenience, we have the following available hire: - Costs, Strollers, High Chairs, DVD Players, Hair Dryers, Tennis Equipment and Beach Towels
Booking Conditions
- Reception hours are 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am-12:00pm Saturday and Sunday (132 Marine Parade, Southport)
- Check in time is after 2pm on the day of your arrival. If you plan on arriving outside of our office hours, you will need to contact reception so we can inform you of the late arrival instructions
- Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Late checkout may be available at an additional cost depending on seasonal availability

Confirmed Bookings
- Payments can be made by cash, bank cheque, money order, Mastercard or Visa. Please note credit card details or a cash bond is required on check in.
- A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed
- A deposit of $100.00 will confirm a one-week booking during mid and low seasons
- A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a one-week booking in high season
- The balance of the tariff is due prior to, or on arrival (or such other time as stated)
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled MORE than 30 days prior to expected arrival 10% of the total tariff will be deducted from the total plus a $30.00 administration fee. If cancelled LESS than 30 days prior to expected arrival, a refund will only be given in the event that the room is relet less a $30.00 administration fee. There is no refund for early departures. Vouchers/certificates no refund and if applicable subject to availabilty. No booking is secured unless the necessary deposit is taken (conditions apply)
Season Definitions (all dates are inclusive)
High Season (min stay 5 nights)
- Christmas 24 Dec to mid January, Easter, Gold Coast Marathon
Mid Season - School Holiday & Special Events (min stay 3 nights)
- School Holidays (QLD, NSW & VIC), V8 Supercars
Low season is defined as all other dates
