• Rates shown are for 2 persons in a Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment & 4 persons in a 2 Bedroom Apartment.
• Extra person charge is $25.00 per person, per night.
• All linen and towels provided.
• Cot hire is $10.00 per day.
• Mid-week servicing is included for stays over 7 nights. Daily servicing available at an additional cost.
• Tariffs are per apartment, per night for number of people specified.
• Tariffs are valid to 31 March 2010. Subject to change without notice.

Booking conditions:

• Reception hours are 9am to 5pm (132 Marine Parade, Southport)
• Check in time is after 2pm, please notify us if arriving after 6pm
• Check out time is 10am on the day of Departure

Confirmed Bookings:

• A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed
• A deposit of $100.00 will confirm a one-week booking during mid and low seasons
• A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a one-week booking in high season
• The balance of the tariff is due prior to, or on arrival (or such other time as stated)

Cancellation Policy:

• A full refund (less an administration fee of $30.00) will be allowed for bookings cancelled as follows:
• Mid and Low Season - 14 days or more notice prior to arrival date
• High Season - 28 days or more notice prior to arrival date
• For bookings cancelled within the notice period above or short notice bookings (ie: within 14 days), a refund will only be given, for any period of the original booking period that is relet.
• An administration fee of $30.00 will be deducted from all cancelled bookings
